In november in Sanya, swimming conditions are perfect! With water reaching a maximum of 83°F and an average of 80°F, going in the water (and staying there!) feels great.

As for Hong Kong Island, Hong Kong, Hainan island (Haikou), Kowloon, Tai Po, Beihai, Fuzhou, Hailing island, Hainan, Hebao Island, Cheung Chau, Lamma Island, Kinmen, Macao, Matsu Islands, Victoria Peak , Repulse Bay beach, Shek O Beach, Shenzhen, Wanshan islands, Xiamen, Quanzhou and Shantou, swimming is pleasant in november. The sea water is 76°F on average (min: 74°F/max: 79°F) so you can easily spend time in the water.
